Carolina Cyclers bicycle rides are open to everyone! We welcome non-members. Do come prepared with the appropriate fitness, water bottles, clothing, and extra tube, and an inflation devise (pump or CO 2).
Extra Extra: In developing the Midlands Tomorrow 2035 Long Range Transportation Plan, Central Midlands COG has created a brief online questionnaire. Please complete their survey LRTP 2035 Online Survey to make your voice for cycling and other local transportation issues in the Midlands.
If you are a member of Carolina Cyclers you may add a ride now. Contact Woody Graham, (803-782-3734) Ride Coordinator, or Paul Palmer, (803-782-5656) webmaster, for user name and password or for any assistance you need adding or editing a ride. Just please be reminded that ride leaders are expected to have all riders who participate in the ride to sign a Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement. Just click the link and print a few copies.

memorandum for bicycle safety rules at Ft. Jackson
Colonel Levi R. Martin, Chief of Staff. The entrance procedure for gate security
includes letting riders in without having to sign provided they show a picture
ID and a current copy of the rules.
Note that ABRAHAM J. TURNER, Brigadier General, U.S. Army, Commanding Officer,
directed on 08/25/2004 that cyclists ride single file on all four lane roads at
the Fort! He also stated that he is concerned that cyclists are going to loose
their riding privileges.
HELMETS ARE REQUIRED ON ALL CLUB RIDES!
Paces listed with the rides are only guestimates unless otherwise stated. If more information is needed, please contact the ride leader.
Ride leaders will usually stay with the largest group of riders, but may stay with a slower or new rider if needed. This is a courtesy left up to the discretion of the ride leader.
Show-n-Go ride distance and pace are determined by the group present at the start of the ride.
Send e-mail to the
Carolina Cyclers Webmaster
